These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse ahlishop.com, create an account, place an order, or purchase from AHLi. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About AHLi

AHLi is operated by AHLi Vintage & Co., located at 164 Bourke Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000, Australia. In these Terms, “AHLi”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AHLi Vintage & Co. “You” refers to the customer, visitor or account holder using our website.

2. Product information

AHLi sells authenticated pre-owned luxury items. Because many items are pre-owned, vintage, limited, or one of one, signs of wear may be present. We aim to show and describe each item’s condition, inclusions, colour, measurements and material details as clearly as possible. Please review all photos, descriptions and condition notes before placing an order. Colours and texture may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

3. Authenticity

We take authenticity seriously and review items before listing them for sale. If you believe an item you purchased from us has an authenticity concern, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue. Our Returns & Exchange policy explains how we handle authenticity issues and other undisclosed material problems.

4. Orders and availability

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item at the listed price. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, there is a listing or pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the website. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method where possible.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout or on our Payment Options page. Bank transfer orders are processed after cleared funds are received. Card or third-party payment fees may apply only where permitted by law and will be shown before payment where applicable.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping information, including tracking, signature requirements and international postage, is set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.

7. Returns and exchanges

Our Returns & Exchange policy explains when a return or exchange may be accepted. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect choice, or expected signs of wear that were shown or described before purchase. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. If there is an issue with a product or service that is covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will handle it in accordance with those rights.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, operation or content. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that occurs through your account. Please ensure the information you provide to us is accurate and up to date.
